We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Great Neck Public School District and the Board of Education for the deeply meaningful memorial service held in honor of Dr. Teresa Prendergast. Renaming the baseball field to ‘Prendergast Memorial Field’ and unveiling the beautiful plaque is a fitting tribute to her remarkable legacy as a leader, educator, and loving family member. We are touched by the kindness and thoughtfulness of the entire community, and it brings us comfort to know that her impact on the district and its students will be remembered for years to come.
